Our free Couch to 5K starts this Monday, 13th January, running on Mondays and Wednesdays with the lights on at the pitch from 6 pm to 7:30 pm.

Anyone interested should come to the hall for registration at 6 pm to start at 6:30 pm. Under-18s will require a guardian to register them. Open to everyone who wants to take part. In the meantime, make sure to sign up to our every step counts challenge that starts tomorrow

We are also excited to announce our plans to run a 5k and 1k fun run on St. Patrick's Day weekend for adults and children. Further details will be announced in due course.
